The products

From the heart of Andalusia – Cortijo Villa Pardillo is a small family-run business committed to producing the purest olive oil obtained from the first cold extraction of our own olives. When you buy our olive oil, you know that it is made by a company that for generations has produced the best and purest olive oil.

By buying our products, you also benefit from small-scale cultivation and production, instead of increasingly industrialized production. We have today two varieties of olive oil, 100% Picual and 100% Arbequina. Both products has been multiple awarded for their high quality and superior taste.  

Picual

Intense and Aromatic

Tasting notes – This oil has aromas of fruit, green grass, notes of tomato, artichoke and banana. Its taste exhibits mild fruitiness, green leaves, sweetness, bitterness, vigorous pungency, notes of artichoke, arugula, green almond, almond and tomato, with exceptional harmony, a high complexity and a high persistence.

Properties – Rich and aromatic. Known as the most healthy variety due to high levels of polyphenols.

Suits well with – Flavor intensive dishes, meats, pastas, cheese and sausages.

Suits well for – Cooking, preserving and seasoning.

Awards – Silver Award 2014 and Gold Award 2017, 2018, 2019 och 2020 in New York International Olive Oil Competition.

Arbequina

Sweet and Fruity

Tasting notes – This oil has aromas of fruit, green grass and green leaves, tomato, almond and herbs. Notes of tomato, almond, banana and olive leaf. Taste exhibits mild fruitiness, green grass and green leaves, sweetness, low bitterness, medium pungency, notes of ripe fruit, almond, pear, banana and green pepper, with exceptional harmony, a high complexity and a high persistence.

Properties – Fruity, soft and sweet. Good variety for beginners. Wide area of use.

Suits well with – Delicate dishes, salads, fish & seafood, fruits and mayonnaise.

Suits well for – Sallads, desserts, breakfast and baking.

Awards – Gold Award 2016, 2017, 2018 och 2019 in New York International Olive Oil Competition.
